Taking all the incoming calls and transferring them to the correct individuals or taking a message. Assisting all walk-in clients with queries.
Key responsibilities:
Answering all incoming calls and redirect to the correct department
Greeting and assisting all walk-in clients
Assisting clients with queries
Assisting with day to day administration

Minimum Requirements:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Must have 1 years’ switchboard experience
Must have 1 – 2 years’ receptionist experience
Must have 1 – 2 years’ administration experience
Excellent verbal and written communication in Afrikaans and English
Availability before and after work hours
Speaking more than one African languages will be an advantage.
